Why Share?
'Our Stories' is as simple as it sounds, we wanted to share stories from members of our Adventist Church Community in Geelong through a platform that shows our diverse experiences, journeys and perspectives of life. If you come to a worship service, event or gathering we host we'd love to meet you, but even from here we hope you can learn about some of us.
For those who aren't Adventist, we hope that we can still provide something you can relate with. Adventist humans are pretty similar to other humans when it gets down to it. We fear and worry, hope and struggle, and try to figure out our place in the world just like everyone else. These are our stories.
For fellow Adventists, we hope to present the diversity of people and perspectives living under our denominational umbrella. We hope to spark conversations, to help build bridges and relationships within the church. We want you to know that, yes, someone else probably struggles with that thing you struggle with.
